Joan is in Portugal today, he will be back tonight and I can't wait!

Instead of going this weekend, we are going Monday but just for the day. This weekend, in order to save some money, we are going to stay in Spain and just go to Barcelona. We may go to the zoo and see a few sights. what I'm really hoping for is a trip to Starbucks. I miss that like crazy.

I had another Spanish class today, it went very well. The teacher said I was picking up on everything quickly and had a great accent. I suppose in all the years of Spanish classes in the states some information stuck somewhere.

I was supposed to do a laundry list of things today but instead I took a four hour nap and it was an a m a z i n g nap. You know the friends episode when Joey and Ross take a nap together and they get the best sleep ever? Well, that was my nap minus a guy. Let me set the scene for you-

Last night we went to bed around 1 a.m. or so, Joan had to get up at 4:30 to get ready and leave by 5. Naturally, I woke up at 5 as well. After I got back from class, had lunch and watched a few episodes of How I Met Your Mother I set the stage of my exquisite nap.

The day was sunny and breezy, I opened the windows and a cool breeze blew slowly through into the living room and brought in the faint scent of ocean air. I made a bed on the couch with a fluffy pillow grabbed a soft blanket and snuggled up facing the window gazing out into the sea.

I slept for four hours. It was great, I don't know if it was attributed to the lack of sleep but-wow.
If any of you visit me you must take a nap on my couch.

Sorry for the post about nothing but I was in the mood to write and this is what I chose. The next post will by far be more vibrant.
